M.A., management and organisational development, supervisor and coach, graduated economist. Astrid Frischknecht Ubangatu has been a consultant for change management and a coach for (executive) managers, teams, project leaders and individuals in the process of re-orienting their career. She has a long standing experience as an in-house consultant and project leader; develops and holds seminars in the fields of gender and soft skills. Her focus lies on art analogue process of participation and diversity management. Regarding gender mainstreaming, she is considered a specialist by the Federal Office for Gender Equality FOGE.
