Systemic solutions-focused coach and supervisor (MAS), education in management and certified project manager. Project leadership and several years of experience in the areas of professional integration, administration and in the event sector. Her main focus lies on developing leadership and soft skills as they are required in the areas of conflict, diversity or in project management. Methods and systemic intervention techniques such as systems simulation, reframing or human resources activation optimise individual competencies and leadership skills and enlarge the individual scope of action. Her main focus is leadership feedback, learning through results-oriented self-reflection, know-how transfer of systemic skills and tools. She believes in creating added value through appreciation.
Evelyn Meyer speaks five languages. This enables her to understand and communicate with individuals from different cultures, to value diversity and to emphasise similarities. Her passion is Italian cooking: flavoursome dishes together with lively discussions and guests from various cultures all at one table are both inspiring and relaxing at the same time.
